Amnile

HP: 2/9
AC: 14

Amnile stands and activates his dodge feat targeting Cutter. He is behind the warforge(i'm guessing from the posts.) Amnile calls upon his monk trainging and tries to deliver a lethal punch to cutter's back. He then digs deep and sacrifices 1 action point to deliver another lethal punch aimed for Cutter."Hey whore! next time you kill someone, make sure they are dead,"he states finally.

Alo

Alo moves to a better position and focuses his arcane power towards the destruction of the Warforged. A misty blow ray jumps from his finger tips and passes through the air on a chill-breeze.

1d20-3 Attack roll for Ray of Frost vs. Cutter. Applied -4 penalty for shooting into melee. 1d3 Damage roll for Cold Damage (1d20-3=11, 1d3=2)

Unfortunately the ray of frost spell misses Cutter. However, Alo isn't willing to accept failure. He focuses his energy and in a tremendous feat of magical and arcane might, redirects the attack back towards Cutter, causing the frosty ray to strike Cutter and deal out some more damage.

{OOC: Lowthor used an Action Point to increase his attack roll and hit Cutter.}

{OOC: Lowthor gave me his move ahead of time}

Round 3

Initiative:
Kyru: 27
Cutter: 18
Amnile: 16
Gorfan: 14
Alo: 10

The punches from Amnile failed to penetrate Cutter's defenses. It seems that more attacks don't help when you can't make a single attack land.
Gorfan misses so badly, that he drops his weapon at his feet.

Map:

{OOC:
NOTE: This is the map from round 2. At the beginning of Round 3, Gorfan is 5 ft south, and Alo moved to a location where he could get a shot; I'm guessing north of where Amnile is shown in the map. And I'm assuming that Anmile moved 5 ft south east, based on his post. If Kyru was awake, they would give eachother flanking bonuses, but since he isn't, no flanking bonuses are given.

If any of this is mistaken, let me know where you should be positioned.}

Kyru
HP:-5/7
AC:16 (FF:12, T:14)

The chill breeze that passes over Kyru reminds him of the many nights he spent as a poor street urchin, sleeping on a bare city ground on a winter night...

It is at this point he decides he will not going gently into that good night.

(Spend 1 Action Point to stabilize.)

Cutter
Damage Taken - 6
Damage Given - 22

None of the painfully poorly aimed attacks even comes close to hitting Cutter. Aside from the magic spells of Alo, no one has even scratched her metallic hide.

Turning towards Amnile, Cutter practically spits the words out in her metallic voice "Then stay dead this time!" And she swings her battleaxe at the monk for a second time. Fortunately for Amnile, his wounds haven't slowed his reflexes and he nimbly avoids further damage.

Enter the Warrior!

All might seem at a loss; the worthy Warforged was a viscious Fighter, and it looked as if the odds might be against the visitors to Sharn, even though they outnumbered the Murderer four to one. Cutter was parrying attacks and dealing out wounds with a terrible grace that gleaned a learning of serious martial skills.

A man stood nearby, having come around the corner and now stood a mere 25 feet from the battle. A hand fell upon his sword, and he drew it. A battle stance was set, and Ahlias tensed. A real battle....

He had seen the entire thing. There were no options, really. This might be his chance. Ahlias gritted his teeth and tensed his hands around the mighty sword he inched out in front of him, holding it level with his eyes. A few moments...

{OOC: You forgot to roll initative, Magus
Its still Amnile's turn.

Also, Alo decided to use an action point, so I edited his last move. See appropriate edits.}

Amnile

HP 2/9
AC 14

Amnile dodges the Steel womans swing. The axe wizzing past by mere inches. "What is the matter, can't actually beat me head on?" he tuanted. His jeers were aimed to keep her focus on him and not his companions who are regrouping. Dispite his talk Amnlie is still desperate and uses up another action point. This time to increase his accuracy. He lwts loose a lethal kick in hopes to damage the Cutter.

Current Action points: 3

Atack roll:

Attack roll (1d20+2=7, 1d6=6)

7+6= 13

Alo
HP: 7/7
AC: 11 (VT: 11, FF 10)

Alo was out of spells that could influence this battle, but he didn't particularly want to get any closer to the warforged if he could help it. Kyru was on the ground unconcious, but he at least didn't look as though he was in too bad a state. Still with that axe the warforged could do some damage to the elf. Alo therefore decided to try and pull Kyru away from the fray.

Thanks to a heroic effort on Amnile's part, Cutter receives a vicous kick to the side of the head.

{OOC: Roll damage, Amnile. Also, see notes below.}

Cutter
Attack of Opportunity

When Gorfan bends over to grab his dropped weapon, Cutter takes advantage of the opportunity and attacks.

Fortunately for Gorfan, the swing goes wide. It is also fortunate for Alo and Kyru that Gorfan distracted Cutter in this way. Otherwise, Alo's act of dragging Kyru out of harms way could've provoked Cutter to attack the fallen rogue, or the wizard directly.

Round 4

Initiative:
Kyru: 27
Cutter: 18
Amnile: 16
Gorfan: 14
Alo: 10
Ahlias: 8

While all this is going on, a new figure emerges out of the rain, and looks as though he's going to join the battle. The question is which side is he on?

In the distance, the sound of whistles can be heard making shrill noises. The watch must have been alerted and is on the way.

Notes: Yellow = Ahlias

{OOC: Could everyone please include a damage roll with their attack roll? Otherwise, I can't tell how much damage you did, and I have to wait until you get back to post it to tell.}

This is just getting ridiculous...

Kyru
HP:-6/7
AC:16 (FF:12, T:14)

Consciousness (1d10=6)

Kyru feels an odd sensation in the states between consciousness, as if he's being carried by something. This almost stirs him to wake, but he doesn't shake off the shackles of Papa Morpheus just yet. And this hurts him.

(OOC: -1hp for roll failure)

Cutter
Damage Taken - 10
Damage Given - 32

Given that Gorfan is the last person she attacked, Cutter will attack him again.

Only this time, she has much better results. The battleaxe makes contact with flesh and causes Gorfan to nearly pass out from pain. As it is, he's disabled. (10 dmg)

{OOC: Gorfan, if you don't know what happens at 0 HP, look here.}

Alo
HP: 7/7
AC: 11 (vt:11, ff:10)

Alo had never experienced anything like this. That warforged was mad and she was trying to kill him and his travelling companions. In the past he'd never cast a spell in anger and now he didn't have anything left that he could use to help his companions, at least nothing that came to mind.

Gorfan was bleeding heavily, so after he had Kyru out of the way of the madwoman, he crouched over Gorfan and tried desperately to stop the bleeding.

Heal check on Gorfan (1d20=4)

Sadly he didn't appear to be having any effect other than covering his hands in blood.

Cutter

Cutter uses Alo's lack of judgement as an opportunity to teach him not to drop his guard within reach of an enemy. Cutter slams the battle-axe down at the 'elf' and strikes. (5 dmg)

{OOC: Attack of Opportunity for trying to apply First Aid in a threatened square.

Still Magus' turn. And yes, Magus, you do have room to charge.}
