Brass

Quickly he checked his Kilij for any significant damage from the battle. Satisfied that it was intact atleast, he swept the blood from the blade and sheathed it. He looked up when he was addressed by Soryn and then Lady Elaydren. He nodded swift. Of course my lady." He stooped next to the collapsed Saber and began searching for anything to take with him, including the sword that Saber had been using. As he rummaged, he spoke to Soryn, "Until my debt is payed, I do as the Lady Elaydren orders."

Search Saber (1d20+2=11)

Saber apparently has few posessions. The sword, his crossbow and bolts, a travelling cloak, and an empty backpack are all that he has. However, the sword does appear to be very well crafted.

Soryn

There wasn't much room to argue as the Lady had suggested, so the rogue simply moved closer to Saber as well, mainly looking for currency but also looking for anything else they could take off of what had been a thorn in their side.

Seeing what the construct held, he just leaves that to his new warforged companion and stands up. "Once you're done taking your spoils...I believe you have something to help him right?" He motioned to Gorfan who had taken it harder than any of them here

{OOC: Ahh yes, I forgot...sorry discard question then Oscuro! =D}

The rogue moves over to Gorfan and begins to rummage around the backpack he had taken on his shoulders for the item in question, aiming to use it quickly to help out the cleric. Soryn himself began to realize how dependant he had been upon the cleric in battle which produced a span of silence in thought right now while he waited for the results.

He shook his head. "I have no such thing. I believe the Lady was speaking of the pack the Dwarf had in his hand when I came in." While he spoke, he quickly folded the cloak as well as the backpack. With his own pack off his shoulders, he placed them within, and then slid the crossbow bolts across the floor to Soryn while they were in the case. "I have no use for these. We can sell the crossbow later. Right now, I suggest we seek safe shelter to rest and go over the wishes of the Lady."

Soryn

Soryn reaches into the pack and as he does so, he finds that his entire friggen arm, all the way up to his shoulder, reaches into the bag, and he pulls out a potion of cure light wounds.

Soryn

The rogue is rather surprised at the fact his entire arm slipped into the left pocket of the backpack but emerges with the potion and moves to get Gorfan to consume it. That is one special backpack! The bolts that Brass provided were left there. He had plenty of bolts in his possession...too many in fact given his inclination to use his rapier. Once the cleric is back to his feet, they can rest up a bit before heading out.

Turning to Brass, he speaks "Sounds like a good idea...lets see if Gorfan here decides to finally wake up"

Alo

Alo tucked his sling back into his belt pouch, and then moved up to the other three. "How is he?" He asked about Gorfan as Soryn searched for the potion. Already he eyed the crossbow, thinking it may be a better option than his sling.

((Light or heavy?))

Soryn

"We both know Gorfan here is hard to get rid of...."

The rogue attempted to make a joke out of this entire ordeal, completely ignoring the fact that Brass was a newcomer now and accepting him into this group by default.

Soryn

{OOC: Do I roll the 1d8 for him or does he do it?}

With Gorfan conscious yet again, he speaks to Brass yet again. "Where do you suggest we....'rest'...to discuss things?"

Shouldering his back, he looked to Soryn with his ever vacant expression. "I am relatively new to Sharn, I dont know the layout well. Perhaps a near by Inn?"

Soryn

"Very well. Let us return to the inn we had stayed in before all this nonsense occurred"

He glanced at Alo and the now conscious Gorfan and simply stood up to adjust his things and begin to head out.

Soryn

(OOC: I've been using Sandy Brown for a while with Soryn but I will change it now since Brass is using orange}

Administered Potion Heal Check 1d8=8

"Lets head out"

The rogue would move out now and wait for the others before moving on to the inn they had all convened at before.

Gorfan

Now back to consciousness, Gorfan ventured to his feet somewhat cautiously and made his way to the door of the Inn with Soryn, Alo and their new-found companion Brass...who seemed to be, from the cleric's eyes, to be sporting a wound of sorts. Eyeing the unmoving Saber upon the floor, the dwarf understood...

Alo

Alo picked up the light crossbow and the bolts. "Good idea. That sword looks like its in pretty good shape, we might be able to sell it, or something along those lines." Alo also picks up Saber's sword.

In due time, he would return to 'The Thirsty Minstrel' figuring the others would follow. A room would be taken to discuss matters pertaining to this new assignment. Before anyone could say anything, he immediately spoke "So Gorfan, what else is in this pack we have received?"

Anyone else was still open to speak, but he figured they might as well see what the Lady had given them.
