{OOC: For the last time... ALLIES DO NOT BLOCK YOUR MOVEMENT

However...

Walls do block movement. Enemies block movement. Brass is not blocking you in any way. You can move through him if nothing else blocks you, but you cannot end your movement in his space. The only thing that is blocking you is the wolf and the walls. You cannot move diagonally through a wall. You cannot move through the wolf without tumbling or some other special movement.

Soryn
HP:21
AC:18

{OOC: I was well aware of the ally thing SJ. When I said Brass is blocking us its because the wolf is currently facing him and there is nowhere else to move due to the walls. Just asking about the walls...geez *cough*}

"We need more room to move..."

With that said, he made sure to place his rapier firmly in his hands and readied himself as he thought of a way to maneuver around the wolf with these walls being in the way.

Round 2

Soryn tries to evaluate the situation tactically, but as he does so, the Stone Wolf attacks Brass and tears a chunk out of his metal hide. (9 dmg)

Round 3

AC: 9 (ff10,vt9)

That hadn't worked, and Brass had taken some heavy damage. He was not convinced his other spells could hurt the wolf, nor was he convinced he could hit with them in any case.

He was left with little option, but to untangle his own crossbow from his rucksack, then fire at the wolf.

Light crossbow attack vs wolf (1d20-5=6, 1d8=5)

Round 3
Concluded

Brass swings and hits, but finds that the wolf's armor is every bit as tough as his own, if not moreso, and he fails to get through it.

Soryn fires a shot that goes wide of the mark.

The stone wolf attacks Brass again, and just barely manages to scrape past the warforged's defenses again. (12 dmg)

Also, both Brass and Soryn can feel themselves being affected in a strange way by the closeness of the wolf. Its almost as if their limbs are turning to stone as well, though there is no visible sign of any change. Instead, they just feel sluggish, and have to fight an urge to just stop their limbs from moving.

{OOC: Brass and Soryn, make Will Saves.}

Round 4
Begin

Initiatives:
Alo - 20 - Green
Gorfan - 19 - Yellow
Brass - 18 - Orange
Soryn - 9 - Red
Stone Wolf - 6 - Black

{OOC: No map changes.}

Brass

Brass decides its time to do something stupid to try and get his allies into this fight a little more.

He surges forward in a bull rush to try and move the wolf back a few feet and give his friends some room to maneuver and help him out. He opens himself up to attack in his attempt, but fortunately, the stone wolf can't penetrate Brass's defenses.

In an amazing display of brute force, Brass manages to push the Wolf back several feet, backing him up almost to the opposite wall of the room, and opening up a wide space for his friends to maneuver.
Bull Rush vs. Stone Wolf. Rolled by SJ. (1d20+2=20)

{OOC: Brass takes -50 XP penalty for not posting.}

Will Save for SW effect 1d20 = 15

With the success of Brass's forceful rush, the rogue finally found some room to move up and attempted to maneuver himself without provoking any attack from the stone wolf just yet. Dropping his bow, he figured he would have more of a chance with his rapier once he got in close so he picked it up and started to maneuver his way so that he could eventually flank the wolf.

{OOC: Two move actions. One to pick up rapier and the other to move 30ft if applicable. Just place him so that he is attempting to circle around for flanking}

{OOC: Soryn, there is no way to flank, given the layout of the room. Also, you would normally provoke an AoO by moving into the room, but the wolf has already used up its AoO for the round. Also, where is your will save?}

{OOC: First of all, my will save is the first thing in my post. Second of all, the wolf was moved all the way against the wall 'several feet' so I wasn't sure how much space was left. Regardless I think Soryn will move out of the way and I was looking to have him move at least to the east of Brass. The rest is understood}

{OOC: Your will save succeeds.

BOth the wolf and brass moved south 5 ft on the map. I've got you moving south 10 ft then east 5 ft. dall good? ok, cool, lets rock}

Round 4
Concluded

Brass forces the wolf back through brute strength, and Soryn moves up next to the warforged for some Melee interaction.

The wolf attempts to retaliate against Brass with a n attack, but again, he fails to pierce the warforged's superior defenses.

Round 5

Gorfan
HP: 22/22
AC: 16 (T:10, FF:16)

With the warforged and the rogue moving to cover the wolf as well as Alo moving to repair the warforged, Gorfan knew that shooting at this range would be far more likely to hit one of his companions than hit the wolf itself. With this in mind, the cleric placed his crossbow in his pack and draws his warhammer in readiness as he starts forward towards the melee ahead of him.
