That's not really being a pain. Looking at the maps, Zombie #1 would have moved through (i.e. into then out of) a threatened square, and since Brass wasn't flat-footed, you should have an Attack of Opportunity against it.
Of course, I would also ask how a Dwarf zombie charged 25 feet when a Dwarf's base speed is 20 feet and zombies can only perform a single standard or move action on their turns.

Single Actions Only (Ex)
Zombies have poor reflexes and can perform only a single move action or attack action each round. A zombie can move up to its speed and attack in the same round, but only if it attempts a charge.
