Where's Madi?

As I had mentioned in the Abscences thread, Madi will, more or less, be gone for awhile. I posted after I had heard on the 2nd the basics of what happened, and today Madi actually emailed me to let me know more of what happened and how she's doing.

Reason being, on New Year's Eve, a bar fight broke out at her work and someone hit Madi. The aftermath being that her top jawbone is broken about 1 inch to the right of her nose, which is accompanied by swelling and pain. And because of the pain, Madi might not be on as often or as long as normal, which is why she didn't post this herself.

From how Madi told me:

I never even saw the guy, let alone the fist coming. All I heard was a loud fight as I came around the corner of the pool table room, then blam! Apparently I was knocked cold for 20mins, when I woke up I was in the back of an ambulance. I spent the rest of the morning (It was 1:10am when this happened) in the ER and spent one day in the hospital.

And the guy who hit Madi is now in jail, facing charges of battery with intent.

So, again, until further notice, Madi will not be on in her normal capacity.
 
Oh hell no.

Don't get me wrong on this, but some women are tough, but even so, I would -NEVER- hit a woman, nor would I allow anyone in my presence to even make a move or state an intent to strike a woman.

I hope the guy gets assraped in jail. If not, me and old Ernie are gonna have to meet up with a few of Ayenee's finest and go find this dude when he gets out of the slammer. Thanks for the update.

Madi, this is why I told you to wear a helmet but noooo you had to say I'm not wearing a helmet at work......See Mith is always right, by the by its time for more ice on the jaw.
 
Madi that's awful, I hope you get to feeling better very soon. You need a new job I think. I take it your employer is paying all your medical bills.

I hope you have someone taking care of you. Is there anything you need?
 
Wow, that sucks...take care Madi. I'm sure the dude will get his in jail...stupid drunk people hitting women...enfuriates me to no end. Erm..but yes. Get better soon! =D
 
Yes, I need a new line of work.
Still not feeling so hot and not going back to work for awhile.
My boss is giving me 3 weeks paid off (He was just going to give me 1 week, he's kinda of a big ass jerk)
My little guy is helping me out :)
I'll keep ya all up dated after my doc appointment on thursday.
