Things that I Love....

I love the fact that I don't get hangovers, no matter how slobbering drunk I get.

I marvel at the fact that me (and those like me) are treasured by fate just a little bit more than the rest of the masses and are considered to be above suffering for our indiscretions, as far as our bodies are concerned. ^_^

I love the fact that I don't need to consume any other beverage not to get a hang-over.

I also love that Gatorade™ (or any high-electrolyte beverage fit for human consumption) is much more beneficial in the prevention of a hang-over then regular water. And I love that the tomato juice present in V8™ helps to detoxify the presence of alcohol and the other vegetables in V8™ help to settle an upset stomach that is sometimes caused by drinking.

I love that humankind has proven consistantly that we have the means and methods to make Mother Nature our little bitch and I especially love it when we do so. ^_^

I love my old hangover cure from when I was at uni. Coffee, orange juice then bunking off a genetics lecture to get a KFC.

Strawberry all the way, but I've never got my head around the fact that you Americans bake them. A baked cheesecake? Ridiculous.

On a side note, no matter how much and how long I drank when I used to drink, I never got one single hangover. I once even drank tequila, vodka, Canadian BV, Crown Royal, Jack Daniels Sour Mash Wiskey, and other hard liquors for a solid week. I never experienced a hangover.

I love the fact that I never did.

On a side note, drinking water with alcohol is not a good idea. First it makes you drunker while you are drinking. If you drink it during a hangover, it will make you drunk again or extremely sick (depending on how much water you drink). Alcohol floats on water due to density. It won't dilute it nor flush it out.

The reason why you think that drinking water with alcohol may stop a hangover is because it's getting you drunk again and slowly letting you back down, but your body is cursing you anyways.

Here's what I love, and I know I already posted about it in the hate thread, but I love it as well, tax time.

What I love about them is the refunds coming back after all my hard work to support my family and the government trying to sink their teeth into my monetary veins, I finally get some money back.

After the headache of spending a couple hours to do my taxes, I find out I get a very good refund that makes spending all that head hurting, eyes bugging time worth it.

What can I say? It's one of those love/hate situations, unless you're owing money after doing them, then it becomes a hate/murder situation.

I love the fact that I have watched less then a handful of anime but anime geeks still accept me.

I love goofy lookin' unstable lego towers that my 3 year old is so very proud of herself for making.
