One step at a time. . .
... is wicked. I like it. I try to pop in every once in awhile to see if anyone had the same thought I did. Unfortunately I have yet to see anyone other than SJ and he was most likely away doing other things.

I think it'd be cool if we could all perhaps post the times in which we are most often available to have the time to get into the forum chat. Get together and shoot the breeze or get a little RP going maybe.

Maybe, from that, we could schedule something weekly..... or monthly whatever works. Call it the "Coffee Hour" or maybe "Tea Time" ya know whatever works. :D

I did a little checking up on the chat itself. I had to have one right off-the-bat of course. It's a really cool deal. I like how it works and the customize features are nice. It's really comfortable in a sense that anyone that can turn on a computer can figure it out. And really, it's nothing to have it running in the background with the sound on while you work on whatever it is you happen to be doing... whether it be laundry or vacuming or chasing the cat around the house because it ate your fish....

Anyway.. thanks for reading the ramblings of a certifiable psycho, I must appologize for giving no forwarning.
 
Acctualy Lowthor, Renegade, and myself were in there this afternoon / evening (bloody english claiming its night when it's clearly day) for a little bit waiting to see if anyone else would come in. I try to check into the chat room daily durring my visits to the site to see if anyones in there. Anyhow perhaps a monthly chat gathering for the community could be entertaining, lets see who all is interested in doing that.
 
I'd love to, cept for one teensy problem.
I'm usually online during the late nights now (for a matter of perhaps an hour or so depending.)

During the day I got classes(mon-weds)
Thurs I got volunteer job (unknown frame of time in returning home)

Tues and fri I go to the library usually for a while.

I have several pets that demand my attention(especially those I need to administer medicine to.)

So my usual appearance times on here, are around eleven to twelve am my time(mountain standard.)

So if your online that late, cmon by and see if I'm round.
Odds are I am.
 
I think I'm just going to log in the entire time I'm at work. And I know....I know....I have a couple threads to catch up on. I think today I'm caught up enough on work that I actually can. I would say Monday at the latest, but I'll have something for you guys here shortly.
 
I'll never make it, but what were the chances I could. Just go with whatever is most convenient for those of you west of the pond.
 
Hmmm Alright well I tried for a time I thought would work for you considering its almost that time now and you're here, so how about Five Pm EST then ?

How do you mean Tifferzzz, if you mean if your idle ? Then the answer is we could but we wont. IF you mean it's randomly logging you out when your not idle then the answer is SJ is working on it.
 
Sorry mith, but (unlike tonight) I'm usually really not on until 11 or 12 am mountain time!

that's about as soon as I can get on.

and wednesdays aren't a good day for it!
I got school those days manno!

Mith. I might sometimes get on at that time to make the odd post, but meeting up in a chatroom is another matter altogether. Just find a time thats best for the majority. I will try and make it if possible, but to try and fit me into things wont be easy. Things wont implode simply because I'm not there.
 
For the most part, I've got quite a bit of free time between work and demoing a friends old house because they can't afford to hire someone. So just about anytime after 4pm cst weekdays and anytime weekends is good for me unless it's my girl's day off.
 
I think Tiff means auto logging out after being idle for half-hour to longer. She used to stay logged in IRC when we had it going on the old boards. I think that's what she means.
 
Thats not a bug, thats something we want in place. If everyone stays logged in when idle, the "Who's in chat" feature becomes useless, as the people listed arn't chatting or RPing.

Also a full chatroom where everyone is idle is no better than an empty room. Either way you'll get no response and leave.
 
Goes into the chat room....Implodes cause Lowthor isn't there*.... Seriosly though, so far Mith and Lowthor are the only two I've managed to catch in chat....I almost caught SJ but he logged out just as I logged in...*Goes to make faster traps*
 
I have seen many people in the chat rooms not all at once sadly but I have encountered them. None the less don't worry Lowthors the only one who will implode if he's not there, I set the device myself.
 
Well sadly for me the only time I'm able to enter the chat room is when you are all in bed, or ready to wake up in the morning when I'm going to bed. Tis the sad fate that I'm stuck on the closing shifts all this month and possibly longer.
