The door of the limo was pulled open and out she came, the night air rushing to meet her. Small feet were covered in black heels, slender legs left bare, shapely thighs covered by a black skirt and her torso covered by a corset like top, red in color and laced with vines of black roses. Over that she had a jacket that had only one button and it was in fact buttoned for once. Over her shoulder she held a fashionable black leather Coach purse and under the opposite arm she held a portfolio type binder, this being where she kept most of her information each night. Behind her two men also climbed out of the car, dressed fully in black suits and thickly built, body guards perhaps. Moving forward Lacy brushed back a few strands of her black hair as it swayed in to her face, black orbs shifting over the buildings entrance that she was now about to make her way in to. It was an office building of sorts, most of it closed down for the night save a few offices, she was heading to one of those. Her accountant was inside, one of many. The door man smiled and welcomed her in as he pulled the door open and she offered a light nod out of respect.

Stalking across the main lobby her heels clicked against the shinning tile, both hands coming to grip the binder as she held it in front of her, one of her men leaning forward to press the white elevator button. It wasn’t long before the doors slid open and inside they went. She lost count of the floor and simply leaned against the wall, waiting for the door to slide open once again and let her out of this annoying metal box. Once out of the elevator she entered another lobby type room, accept this time there was a secretary at the desk in the middle. She lifted her head and quickly came to stand up, smiling fakely towards Lacy as she came closer. “He is expecting you ma’am.†Her men took a seat on the provided couches as Lacy disappeared in to the office, barely taking a glance towards the girl that had greeted her.

About an hour passed before she emerged, money transferred and a few more things taken care of over the phone. She often did business in that way considering she had her fingers in every reach of the planet. Land she owned, business’ she ran, and accounts she kept. It was time consuming when it had to be dealt with, but more often then not she had enough good people working for her so that she would never have to work again. Walking forward her men stood up again and once again escorted her out of the building.

Back in to the limo she climbed and sighed slightly, crossing her legs and zipping open her purse. The moment she reached for her phone it rang viciously, had someone been reading her mind? Snickering she pulled the little device out and flipped it open, pressing the speaker to her ear. “I’m on my way..†Nodding some she listened for a moment and then flipped it closed. Sinking back in to the leather seat she turned her attentions to the window, watching the city as they rode by. She was on her way to a club she had invested it, it was time to look over the books and see if it was worth her money still or not. Plus she would find her prey for the evening there..and perhaps a little more entertainment then she had at the current time.

Business was business as usual. With his profits rising exponentially during this first fiscal quarter, he was well within his high spirits, focused as usual on his work. As usual, he had always remained within his office. The 'lair', as some of the other workers seemed to call it, remained off limits to everyone but his personal advisors. Today was a day full of busy work, mixed with the expectation of a simple moment of leisure. See, this man was well aware that Lacy was roaming about the city and that she was looking to invest yet again on another endeavour meant to drain off of the vices of this pitiful world. Whenever this woman was involved, blood seemed to be a vital necessity to the stability of her business....and who was the one that provided it for many of her establishments in some way, shape, or form? Him.

The club she would inevitably end up at has had its share of odd press coverage...from in-house brawls to several other clandestine horrors. The rumors were plenty but did nothing to ruin business at all. He had a few things to discuss with the current club owner. Shipments were becoming superfluously requested and poorly documented by their idiotic financial group. He could not deal with anyone who had no business savvy whatsoever. Terminating operations with the club seemed like the most preferrable alternative but he'd at least give them a chance to save themselves. Still cooped up in his office, for the time being, a series of knocks were made on the door. "Come in...." A woman clad in a nurse's outfit came in, walking with a sophisticated grace that was rather comical in this man's opinion.

"Our latest projects are going well Sir. We have yet to acquire the necessary supplies to complete them all but we are ahead of schedule."

The serious tones she offered made him arch a brow and as he motioned for her to sit, he could practically feel her heart racing before him. What was she so worked up about? His hands clasped together and a chin was propped up by them before he simply stated. "Very well then....be sure to inform me when some important progress has been made." His tone was rather calm but he was not known for being relaxed when it came to anything that had to do with his company. The medical research field was not meant to have room for error...at least when it came to the public eye. He motioned for the woman to leave and then stood on his own. He was completely decorated with black silk. He figured he might as well remain dressed in this fashion...just in case he was confronted with Lacy.

The man held his own entourage upon leaving his headquarters, though they consisted of a large bulky male and a rather dark looking female who shadowed his every move. Sunkissed flesh was rarely exposed but his chest was well within view as his shirt was unbuttoned quite a bit. Once Lacy arrived at the club, he'd be well within his meeting with the individual, discussing reasons as to why he should continue offering the man any supplies at all. No one knew about the blood trafficking or the several narcotic items that were being offered to this place...perhaps even Lacy was unaware of it all. Arguing would commence and negotiations would be made. With all of the entertainment that surrounded them, not much was noticed at all. It would seem this man would not be free of work just yet.
