The Crazy Life...

The l33t One
So, to catch up since I haven't been here in forever:

-I quit my idiotic job. The sexual harassment never stopped. In fact, it got worse, to the point that the guy who had been messing with me at my job grabbed my wrist one morning and dragged me toward the back where there were no security cameras, threatening to "show me what a black man could do to a little white girl like me." After that incident, after complaining to the management AND the owner, and being told that their "hands were tied" because he owed them $2000 for a loan they had made to him, I had enough and started searching for a new job. Before I was able to find one, I had to call in one day because I had a flat tire and got voicemails on my cell phone that were threatening and unnecessary from the manager. I turned in my key the next morning and have been unemployed since that time.

-I moved out of my parents house at the end of June. It was getting to the point that we were all getting on one another's nerves and we were dealing with a ton of drama that wasn't our own but that we were somehow involved in. Suffice it to say, I now have a foster sister who I have known my entire life, but we just recently found out that her dad had been sexually abusing her for years and the final straw came when he tried to rape her on her 17th birthday. She now lives in my old room and I live behind my parents in my own domicile, which I am very happy to call my own. Mostly, for that reason, I have been absent on the wonderful forums for a while now.

-My baby turned one year old on July 16th of this year. It was a bittersweet moment full of joy at her accomplishments and sorrow at the fact that she is no longer my itty bitty, teeny tiny baby girl. All children grow, but it's hard on a mother to know that her children will one day no longer need her, especially if it's probably her last one.

-The situation with Marco is about the same as it has been with the exception of the fact that we no longer even bother to communicate and he still refuses to send child support and has never laid eyes on my youngest beyond the pictures I would post randomly on Myspace and Facebook. Whatever.

And I think that about covers everything and catches everyone up to what's going on in my personal life. Madi, I saw the pics of your sister and they are beautiful. If you could e-mail them to me at [email protected] I'd be honored to work with them. The way .Org resizes the pictures doesn't make for a very good size to work with. In addition, I'll get to work on your siggy ASAP. My mom recently reformatted her computer and in the process lost my copy of Photoshop. As soon as I get it up and running again I'll put your siggy together and post it for you.

I think that's all. For those who were interested, it's good hearing from you, for the smartasses, whatever. Laterz.

-Kim
