Look at what you've done to me.

Falling apart around the edges.

II try to push you away.

Only to tear more at the edges

I cry tears of acid.

Burning away the layers.

Only to leave myself vulnerable.

You tell me you love me.

Yet I know the truth.

I cry tears of acid.

The layers burning away.

I scream in the silence.

Standing tall locking away every ounce of anger.

I see you everyday, always remembering what your doing to me.

Tearing me apart around the edges.

Holding my breath everytime I look at you.

I shove everything I want to say and do into the darkness.

Hoping it all will soon fade away.

I cry tears of acid.

Taking away the layers.

You show me everyday why I love you.

Making sure I will never forget.

I fall apart.

Pieces of me melting.

I cry tears of acid.
