Probably not, that's why they're different worlds.
The Punisher Kills the Marvel Universe was an alternate-reality short where, instead of mobsters killing his family, it was a bunch of Superheroes and supervillians having a fight in Central park that ended up with his family dying in the crossfire.
Because of this, and various additional plot points, the Punisher made it his mission in life to hunt down and kill every Superpowered being on the planet.
He succeeded.
This made a great many people very angry since characters behaved extremely out of character to facilitate their deaths, and some of the kills could never happen (Spidey and Venom come to mind, the comic method doesn't even have a chance of working here).
While this version also eventually got access to shit like Dr. Doom's supertech arsenal (after killing the good Doctor of course) and uh, a couple nukes, I'm writing this guy without any of those toys, just the normal guns and such.
