There is no forum specifically dedicated to character profiles. Because most of us come from yahoo, we kept our characters stored on yahoo profiles.
However, I'm working on an addition to the Wiki to be used to store character profiles. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to make a page in the Wiki to tell everyone about your character.
To add your character to the Wiki, search for your character's name. It will tell you the page can't be found, and give you the option to create it. Create the page, and edit in all the details you want.
