I am here, just reading the whole text (and got a few test to attend, but nothing too serious). I am on 126 page already so I will join soon.
 
Linux killed my computer
and you can't watch subs on it either. I HATE LINUX!!!!

Windows worked fine for 2 years, with maybe one crash a month. Linux crashed twice a day, and destroyed my hard drive. Down with linux!

Also Windows works fine for me, and I have no idea what Linux is even like.
 
Show me a program that runs .ass subs on linux PROPERLY and I will admit I am wrong.

VLC runs them, but doesn't count, because it isn't able to run them properly. Linux crashed when I ran games that were written for linux, and linux made it impossible for me to reinstall windows.

Windows is a superior OS.

Slow? Get a better computer... Or get windows 95 or 98. you can find games that make the games for linux look pathetic!

What else do you do on your computer? Write? Word, and open office are great for that type of thing. Programming? Windows is where all the money is for programmers. Video editing? I don't know, but I didn't see any good editing programs for linux the 3 weeks that I used it.

1. mplayer, smplayer(gui for mplayer)
2. never happened to me so I don't know about it
3. How so, you can reinstall windows easy (I did it few times already) or you can reinstall linux easy too (same).
4. Open office is made to be run in linux
5. As for programming, no, only thing on windows is .net, and that sucks, better to use python, c or java (everything from that is platform independent)
6. I have never need to edit a video so I don't know. Though there is GIMP for images, that is capable of producing very professional images.

Anyway my plans for the morning are to get irritated on Rina, get out and meet Keiichi (as usual).
 
I am a windows person not a linux person. Linux has compatibility issues with me specially with rm2k3/rmvx. And I will always use XP :)
