Ayenee.org, the spoken truth.

A friend told me in a fashion, to stop being cryptic and start revealing the truth.

So it comes with a very heavy concious mind that I state the following facts of truth.

Ever since the old org got hacked I followed.

James thornbury, was the graceful dice that intervened when we, the populace had no home left.

But it was the appointing of Mithandraxx that was at the time, most pleasing and joyous.

And at that time, I didn't once bother to think about the future.
To think about our home.

Now before I go further let me just say this. I am not perfect. none of us is.
Nor can we ever be truly perfect. All we can do is try.
Try and survive.
That is what we roleplayers are good at.

Mithandraxx is one of my close friends. He and I have been through hell together.

A handful of weeks back, Mr.Mithandraxx and I had some exchanges of words.
Different viewpoints.
And something I didn't realize until far too recently.
Part of what was happening between me and Mithandraxx was based as a test.
A test that I without realizing it, had made.

A test, not just as his friend, but as his closest ally to see what results would come of.
Mr.Mithandraxx, for the most part passed my test. However, he exposed one very important weakness in his armor.

Mith, I speak of your temper. You allowed it to over-indulge your actions so that you would make a direct statement, for the public to see.

Was I responsible for almost "all" of what happened between us?
Yes I was.
But I'm not afraid to admit when I'm wrong.
Part of what I did, was entirely wrong, both for myself and for this community.
But we did learn one vital important lesson.

We both learned the limits of each other.

Recently myself and Mith had a talk that steered us just as close to friendship's finest hold as it could get.
We both saw similarily eye to eye on the subject of maliquent.

I would like our friendship to continue, but I cannot walk the path alone, brother.

Sinful, hard, dedicated and truely remarkable. You have talent, and that's no lie. At times I might....question certain viewpoints of yours, but I do so with a caring heart.

Mr.Lowther, Bright and honest. You, good sir, are the knight in shining armor.
There is more good that I see in you, then I can dare say.

Mr.Sj and Mr.Ceros, Two fine, hard, dedicated roleplayers and moderators whom are outstanding with the way they handle situations.

Mr.T-virus-licker, quite recently I saw necessary to question "one" of your smaller tasks. I mean no disrespect to you, I merely have to ask questions when I see them truly arise.

Mith, two of the moderator's that I do have to put a question upon, are Rhysis and Itacelis.

Mr.Rhysis was asked by you, to be your appointed sub-administrator.
I can't say wether that was a good or bad thing because I honestly still cannot tell if it was or not! On the plus side, he's an execellent roleplayer with experienced background. On the minus side, he's been gone for more then a couple of months. If he were gone and you were gone, who then would lead us?

Now, onto miss Itacelis, my dear friend and fellow roleplayer whom I have had the privelage of roleplaying alongside for countless times.
But I find it necessary to ask, After the original org was closed. Why did it seem a necessary to re-hire her back to the chronicles?

I rarely see her here, I don't even see her comment or ask questions at the place she moderates. And I don't see hardly any participation into the forum at all.
What good is being a moderator of the chronicles if your not going to be around to comment on stories and writings?
what good does it do this community to have a moderator who's been on more then a temporary absense.
I dare to say that I miss her. And it's because I never, see, her, here!
Even if she had things going with her real life, she could at the very least stop by once in a while in order to make comments on the board that she runs. It would be a vast improvement, to what's already being done there, which is hardly anything in the moderator postioning.

The other problem is this, Once we have a large number of roleplayers, how do we continue to convince them to stay?

Well, welcoming them is a very good start indeed. I applaud that routine with my full support.

But what else can we do to make them stay? That's something we're still currently discussing.

I can't remember how long ago it was. But mr.Virus asked me to join the ranks of the moderators.
At that time, I turned the oppertunity down.
I believe I know why I did so.
1. I wasn't ready yet for that responsibility.
and 2. I was more then likely having my "attentions" focused on other real life issues(like school) clearly poking at my mind.

Things that were terribly important at the time.(and some still are)

I visit ayenee.org every single night, when and if I can help it.

Lately due to constant communications between myself and Raharanor, I have found that both of us are pretty much able to see eye-to-eye on a clear-true basis.
Which is a wonderful thing.

Before I lose track of myself allow me to get back on the subject at hand.

Mith, two people tested you, and both think you did an exemplerary job.

You aren't the "evil" administrator that you seem to believe that I "intended" you to be.
Your my friend. Your also one very fine, formidable and admirable administrator.

You have the potential and the drive.
All I ask you to do, is remember "who" you are on the inside.
To me, you aren't Mithandraxx the administrator.
And you aren't Mithandraxx the roleplayer either.

To me Your Mithandraxx, Ullery's compatible comrade in arms.

I'm proud to call you friend.

I salute you, not for your errors, but for the wisdom you brought out when those errors occurred.

In the errors with myself, you showed patience, honesty, respect and courage.
You showed anger too, but even I get angry when provoked enough.

When it came to maliquent, you showed concern and patience.

I want this silly war between us to end. I want you to be able to see behind my writing to what I'm "truly" trying to say and believe you me pal, seeing beyond my writing to what I'm conveying is a tricky-and difficult thing to do.
You used to be able to do it with your eyes closed.

So, with the truth layed bare for all to see, I extend my hand once more in loyalty and support, and in friendship.

*raises a hand slowly and keeps it out.*

Excuse me if I'm wrong here, but Ullery, it sounds to me that your unhappy with your Friend Mith because when it comes to his position as Admin he, in your eyes, doesn't view you as "friend" and may deal with you in a fashion which upsets/irritates you.
And, perhaps when approaching your "friend" who is the Admin you attempt to use said friendship to gain something you want in regards to the forum. This perhaps is why your friend gets so annoyed with you.
Well, it may be hard for some to understand, but when your in the position as Admin you can't let personal feelings rule your judgement.
I know from past experiences that you Must separate the two.
And if a someone you consider a friend doesn't or won't understand the reasons as to why, and begin/continue to have hissy fits due to it, well then they Really are not a friend at all, or are to immature to see the reasons behind it all.

If you go to the Admin for reason/s regarding the Forum, then you have to realize you will be viewed as a member and not a buddy. And one shouldn't "use" a friendship for personal gain upon said forum.

One other thing before I end this post.

What good is being a moderator of the chronicles if your not going to be around to comment on stories and writings?
I always thought a Moderator was to help/aide/Moderate a board. I didn't know they were appointed to stroke ones ego or criticize a member for artistic postings.

Or, perhaps your missing the point!

In our old ayenee boards long before org was born, we had the chronicles and there were a set of "three" people watching over the board.

This was in the time-frame that anna was running things.

It's fine to be a moderator and moderate or take actions.

But on a board like the chronicles, there's a certain amount of responsibility that adhere's to the postion of moderator.

Being a past sub-moderator towards that particular board I I know what I'm talking about.

Yes you can moderate the board and maintain it.
But again, where is the moderator in question? When do we, the roleplayers who would "like" to see said moderator, actually get the chance to do so?

That's about the best that I can clarify this to make it any clearer.

It's your free choice to believe what you wish of the post and it's contents.

I'm not going to argue with anyone further on this thread.

You also forgot how you stuck me in the middle...I'm a friend, yes, I'll listen,yes...but don't ask me to take sides...Why? Because I live by this rule...
The friend that asks you to pick between them and another friend, is never the truest of friends in the first place...Please remember this...You are a friend, but I wont pick your side over anyone elses, simply because you ask. I'll pick it, because your right...or I'll denie it because your wrong, and then I'll tell you why your wrong...As I already did...
I'm not sure all of you will understand what I just rambled, but Ullery, you'd better understand it :)

break something now....seriously. *does wiggly bad-influence inducing thing with his fingers* You know you want to.....

Yeah, trust me. When madi get's dangerous to "hurt" zone.
Believe me, that's when you run for cover.

Ullery, don't forget that like Madi, I'm not one to cross as well. We are a tag team, me and Madi, and plus we have Stick on our side.

Madi, where is Stick hiding anyways?

On topic, Madi, I agree with what you said along with what C stated. When in a position of power and approached by another requesting assistance from the one of power for something they are in charge of, then the person has to work from that position despite personal feelings for another.

I know you understand that now Ullery, please remember that.

As for the Chronicles, I have no opinion of the points stated for there for I rarely visit that area of the boards.

Now that your question was also answered, what were you going to say about me? Don't leave me out man now that you already commented about almost everyone else. :p
