What is the current state of Ayenee's capitol city? Has it been defined by a map or anything? Is there a central government? What am I seeing here, per se?
 
As far as ACC. There was never a Direct map interpretation of the city, it was considered a sprawling metropolis based in many ways on New York, LA, DC, Metropolis (Superman) and Gotham(Batman), so very vaguely defined other than big with large skyscrapers, with a water front dock area and Subway systems. Governmental buildings were present as were the Police force (Typically Npced), and a vast population. The Tech level of the city varied from player to player as well and was normally considered on the high end compared to current real technologies.
 
Castles more or less were randomly thrown pretty much everywhere one could probably say there were also castles in ACC but they would be on the rarer side of things as ACC was more modern based Rp and high end sci-fi style. However normally Castles were in the Fantasy sections so pretty much outside of the major urban sprawls.
