ACT! by Sage - New Question

When a user clicks on the look up drop down (in the tool bar), the first option that it gives is "Company". Is there a way to change "company" to "Case" so that every time I click on Look up, my first item in the drop down is "case" and then (when the look up dialog box opens) "case" is already automatically selected?

This is the question that I posted on the message board for Act! over a month ago and haven't received any response. Does anyone know how to do this?
