"Mmmmmm, yes... Yes yes...." Juryrig mumbled; he didn't quite have a strong sense for magic like a traditional wizard does. However, he had messed with the mysterious force enough to have a sensitivity to special items. Much like this bow, which was clearly pretty special.
"This is a pretty, pretty, preeeeeeeetty special weapon. These markings here, here, there, here, over here, the tip down there, right in the back over here, up there, to the side of this, and that long squiggle thingy running at a unidentifiable angle - man I wish I remember where my protractor went - I'd hazard a guess that this bow is infused with magic. No idea of the degree of enchantedyness, but it's enchanted enough." Juryrig explained, oddly calm and more focused, as he pointed at every single marking on the darn thing.
".... I work with alchemically enchanted equipment, myself." The madman clarified, before he stood back up. "Enchantments work fairly similarly, although application varies."
Despite the unwieldy backpack, Juryrig has kept his balance very well, to a point where it doesn't seem to impede with how he moves his body.
