@Mith - Constructive my ass. Suggesting that the 'artists' that they should follow the color scheme is constructive.
Being nonconstructive, would be telling them that if they can't figure out what sort of shit they did wrong, when even I can, then they shouldn't be entering this contest in the first case. I might also mention that this contest is retarded overall, since its entirely possible to use all of the submissions, if we actually wanted to. A random image is one of the easiest scripts to plunder from the world wide webbing.
Nonconstructive would be telling them all that i would rather gouge out my retinas before being forced to look at the utter shite that this thread caused to be loaded to my temporary internet cache, and they should all give serious consideration to suicide this blessed holiday season.
Fortunately, I'm not nonconstructive. ...Destructive, maybe in certain situations. But in my criticism, definitely constructive.
There's a big difference between being nonconstructive and being mean. I'm a mean critic, but definitely a constructive one.
@Charm - Good point, but our 'highlights' if that is the proper term, tend to follow the greenish/blue trend. I'd like to see something that compliments that, while still remains visually appealing, intellectually intriguing, and overall cool enough to provoke enough passing interest sufficient to result in the viewer clicking the banner and being forcefully thrust to our happy little homepage.
