I'm SJ, local tech geek. If you have any problems of that nature, feel free to contact me or post in the Support Forum.
I also run a few games over at the TableTop forum, so if that kind of gamestyle interests you, stop over and make yourself known. Otherwise, there are plenty of other games here that are looking for players. The Scourge of the West RP just started and could use some fresh blood.
