00C As the breeze blows...

I was going for fairly close to actual WoD characters. Twilight is horrible, and Underworld is corny. Basically I was thinking old style vamps with a few nifty abilities. I hadn't planned on focusing on any one thing all that much.

Yeah I think me and Rhy have the same idea. I lean to WoD for ability description because well...they named vampire abilities but overall I think the Ann Rice style are the best.
 
so just for the sake of not having a misunderstanding down the road, perhaps we need to be a little more clear on the matter. Some one wanna make a few suggestions to make sure we are on the same page?
 
I would say just limit it to basic WoD abilities. Nothing overly powerful. No fruity glitterpires. No just strolling around in the open whenever they want. At best, IF they can be present in sunlight, it's gonna REALLY hurt. I wouldn't expect crosses or holy water to actually do anything. I'd limit strength and speed. Yes, they would be expected to be physically superior to humans, but we don't need them derailing a train with a kick or outrunning it for the fun of it.
 
Ok got it, Yeah as far as the "Group" that ive set up at the beginning and the "Blood Stone" they are all minor vamps in my mind.

Emma is kinda a sneaky snake type with speed and ninja vanish type stuff and Gabriel is suave and all that jazz. Neither of them can use thier "Abilities" for more than a minute or two. And they would be very weak afterwards.

Douglas Ferree is not that powerful either he is just ruthless and knows how to "persuade" other vamps to do his bidding. He is more the "money" guy.

Im not sure I know what ive got planned for Amos but so far he is just a 17 year old swamp rat that has grown up without his mother and father, and has a strong religous belief grounded in Christianity. Jack of all trades master of none, he can shoot, hunt, grow, and brawl. No skills to speak of outside of those.

Im thinking the only way to kill them is Silver, Stake, Beheading? Angel/Buffy style?
