Things I hate.... By SJ

I hate how when a black man insults a white man with a racial slur or insult its considered reverse racism. What the hell is that about ? Reverse What did he praise me for having pure pretty white skin like snow ? NO its bullshit.

I also hate how on standardized forms you can find six variations of Hispanic, American Native, Asian, and African/Aboriginal, yet when your white your either an Anglo Saxon or Caucasian. Sorry no I am Swedish, Russian, and German. I am not An Saxon, and an Anglo, IF we are cutting each groups core then let's divide them all.

Oh and Lastly I HATE the BYZANTINES......

Oh and Nice call on the Powers Movies Sj.

*Puts on a bowler hat and waves the Union Flag furiously*

I'm defending Python.

Nah not really. I love the anarchic brilliance of it, but to each their own. I'm baffled that people find The Office funny. I just want to feed Ricky Gervais into an industrial blender.

I hate being short on money.

You try to plan, put money aside for contingencies, have all your bills paid on time and BAM! One sideways event leaves you with just enough cash in your bank account to get you back and forth to work until the next paycheck comes. It also forces you to spend what may be your only weekend off work at home, trolling a role playing message board.

Grrrr...

I hate when that same creditor i was bitching about before calls at freaking 8AM on a saturday.

I removed my house phone due to pests like that. Besides, having a cell and house phone bill to pay just made no sense. If any one asks for my phone number now I simply tell them I don't have one.

And Jai, your not alone. Alot of people live paycheck to paycheck and worry when that unexpected thing happens. It's become a way of life, for me at least.

*sniffles* Are you saying....you...you...dont like hanging out with us? LOL j/k man. I understand completely. Its mainly why I haven't been more active than I have been here. I try to be out of the house as much as possible on my days off =D

Indeed...you try and save up enough money for some major upgrade that you need to some household appliances and then something nearly always happens to take that money away...at least for me and others anyway.

I hate the Olympics, Takes over the TV, they are claimed to be great wonderful and what not, but whats the point of watching someone skii through markers, or Someone play tennis in the scortching hot sum or watch people ice skate to music, I don't see how its a good thing.

Agree's with Mith!
They should have one channel they turn on and use for the Olympic's! That way it doesn't mess with the reg. shows.
Some one should pull the plug on American Idol !! Bring back the Gong Show!!

I hate it how something good is happening for everyone in general and people downplay it with negativity:mad:

{temporary slides in for a little suggestion to SJ before the rants continue} SJ, I think I have a cure for your problem with the creditor(s).

Read the laws of the FTC regarding creditors and credit collectors. The creditor threatening you with lawsuits cause of non-payment is considered harassment and therefore an illegal practice. Contact the BBB (Better Business Burue (major spell check)) and file a complaint. They can only say lawsuit if they actually send you the paperwork for it and file it.

Since you are also having difficulty paying your creditors, you can call the main business that issued the credit and negotiate for a settlement. Start at $.50 on the dollar, and work you way from there. You can also contact them to help negotiate payment options that can help you. Under the FTC, they have to help give you a break due to hardship which you are experiencing.

Trust me on these. Me and my wife have a lot of experience in dealing with creditors and collectors.

{sends the thread back onto it's ranting track before vanishing}

*Is confused*

Basically Australia has recently been going through a long drought and some much needed deluge rains have fallen with El Nino weather patterns lifting and La Nina coming along. So we have some people on the news who say its great, but water authorities and politicians constantly giving the same response: ' Still a long way to go yet' or ' don't get too excited'...i think: ' Show some damn optimism for goodness sake!'...as I'm optimistic by nature.

That's basically it really...hope that answered your question Madi and Charm.

I hate misunderstanding people. I hate when guests in my house don't have the sense to clean up after themselves. I hate hating.

No, i mean it. I hate optimists.

Optimists just set themselves up for failure. If you expect the best from everything, then you will never be satisfied when you get something that is sub-par.

Pessimism is the way to go. If you always expect the worst, then you are pleasantly surprised whenever things happen better than you were expecting.

I hate people who can't follow instructions.

You go through a lot of trouble and effort to lay out exactly what is expected of them, so that they will know ahead of time, and they don't read instructions, ignore them, or do something else completely retarded, that causes me much grief and anguish, when it all could've been avoided if they just fucking read the damn instructions.

Didn't the book Jumanji teach you people anything?

I hate pessimism...I hate it when people see the worst in everyone....pessimism can breed cynicism, which is the opposite to trust!

I can't help but think that the above is directed at a certain someone in particular...
