I think, as an RP site... You guy's should have a proper OOC board where people can shoot the shit, and an OOC RP Discussion board where people can post the OOC version of their RP threads, and even a Character Profile board where people can post lengthly and developed profiles for their characters.

Your threads actually in the OOC section. Although the peanut gallery is the main location to shoot the shit, there are places for discussion of IC elements such as magic, tech, or a forum for recruitment of players. We also have purely ooc forums such as the Reflection Pool (philosophical discussions/debates and occasional ranting) The Chronicle (for Songs poetry, and other art forms to be shown off) and the support forum. So I would have to ask what a proper ooc board would be precisely although the Character profile board I think is more of something Wes talked about to recreate something of a Wiki, although a temporary character profile board could be interesting.
