Starting Setting: Major City, possibly Baltimore or New York

-Anything original, stay out of the 'normie' range for characters. Be odd and different.

Um, there's already something of that nature both with capital city and with the world of darkness roleplay currently in session.

Plus I'm no expert, but I did live in new york for 13 years and I gotta tell ya, there isn't a whole lot of new yorkers who would believe in very "many" of the topics anyhow.

For something of this nature, you might want to try Chicago or California.
 
RP Idea: Your a monster trying to defend your self from bastardly adventurers who want to kill you and take your stuff.
 
I kind of like that concept. I mean, you always see it from the perspective of the "knight in shiny armor" trying to kill the horrible collosal red dragon. What about the dragon? Doesn't he ever get sick of being invaded?
 
Yes he does. Said dragon is usually at the bottom of some dungeon lying in a pile of gold writing to reader's digest when 'adventures' show up and fight him to the death.

I did play a game once made on RPG maker by a friend. You were a group of wandering monsters trying to fight your way through punk ass 'heroes' who were invading various 'monster villages' (dungeons nd forests) trying to gain xp and loot.

It was kinda fun though weird and I'd like to try it again.
 
The closest I did to this scanerio was I played a pink hatchling in D&D (She was pretty much red. Her daddy, big red baddy, raped her mommy, not-as-big-white dragon, and she came out in-your-face-pink.) and we as dragons were taking classes (thing FF8 - SEED school) on how to eat people.
 
Something involving wearing power armor and killing monsters. Don't have a complete concept yet.
