Thanks that was really interesting!
Our new little one seems to like sleeping curled up with the comp mouse and gives off a tiny growl meow when we try to use the comp, and streatchs over the keyboard when we type...we as in everyone but Myles for him she hops down the moment he sits in the comp chair! lol
She has also taught both dogs to leave her alone..the big dogs takes the long way around her every time!

I've owned a couple cats before and have yet to experience this "purr cry" as they describe it, so the fact that it is only present in some cats holds up, at least.
