Miko sensed the motion above him from the third Bouncer. Instead of trying to block the attack he decided best to let it enter his vector field that is around him. He dropped to one knee and pointed his weapon up at the descending foe. The power within the vector field would guide the incoming sword near him but would not allow it to connect with him. The weapon quickly charged up and he released another rail shot upward at the bouncer.

Marie was already on her feet running away from the big robots after she delivered the shock. Much less happened than she hoped, so this was not where she wanted to be. She wasn't a fighter, she wasn't strong or anything...over there.

She ran towards the pilot and the chef, ducking around the corner. "They'll be reconfiguring themselves from the shock I gave them. I need scrap metal. Or something. Can you two get that battery out the floor? If I have it or some other power source I can probably start an EMP discharge. Gotta ditch, seeya."

She ran away from them, hopefully leading the security bot away from their position into the side rooms. There, she hoped, as the smaller thing, she had the advantage.

"Allright. She's been frozen, they won't beable to react to changes in the situation for a good few seconds. Best take advantage of that. You have... five to ten seconds left." Grey said, quickly backing off from the sphere of frozen energy, and went to escape with Dhialia- I mean, cover her exit. She could probably use an extra hand, or six to make sure that she didn't get bodied by one of the flying robots. Speaking of, he smacked any that came into reach, almost as an afterthought. "I'm out of tricks unless you want me to take on one of the big ones myself you know? and i'm not inerested." Although, he absolutely could. And he wasn't exactly unpracticed in taking on things bigger and stronger than himself with onyl his wits. Mechanical arms made a nice force multiplier, rather than a neccesary piece of the puzzle to take on one of those machines. As he ran, he tossed- or rather, ejected one of his four arms for Marie to use. "Here, have fun."

Entrance Hall

Dahlia looked between Arbitrated and Oliver as they spoke. "There aren't any more outside, are there?"

The scholar peeked out into the developing chaos, swearing under her breath. She reached down to pick up the communicator from her belt, her shill voice being projected all about the ISS Downrider. "Deimos I sent a ping minutes ago, where the hell are you!?"

The half anthro pressed a finger to his earpiece with a grin as he settled into a seat of the ISS downrider, his tail swishing pleasantly behind him as he eyed all of the switches, searching for the one that would prompt the entire hunk of metal that is the ISS Downrider to engage its takeoff sequence.

"Hey Dahlia, just a little caught up at the moment." He tapped his chin before flipping one or two more switches and dialing a couple knobs. The ship shuttered and kicked up from its prone position, retracting the landing gear.

Dahlia blinked, the sound of engines warming up being shrouded by the prevalent gunfire and metallic clanking in the room. "Someone got trigger happy and stormed up a whole nest of sentries down here-"

She ducked behind cover as another crash could be heard. "We need more arms, stat."
The scholar grimaced. Grey's literal arm wasn't helping that much.

"Well I've got one, think that'll be enough?" Deimos grinmed. Despite the dire situation, keeping things a little lighthearted never hurt. "Besides, I'm sure you'll get a lot more than you need sooner than you expect." Another switch flipped. He pulls back on the wheel, sending the ship careening around its center of mass, causing its tail to drag across the dirt, leaving large toughs.

The Downrider rose steadily into the air before locking in place, using its thrusters to maintain position.

"What??" Dahlia brought the communicator back up, looking over at Arbitrated before-

Main Room

The falling Bouncer crashed in front of Miko, before it was hit with the brunt of the weapons impact. The core of the robot was sent reeling back as it was knocked off its footing, its orbiting parts slung behind it like a rubber band. The temporarily dismantled Bouncer found itself caught in the persisting field of time distortion, its visible momentum shuttering to a halt.

Across the room, the other, more whole Bouncer had started following Grey, targeting him as the one who had halted any communication from their commanding unit. Dahlia jumped from her feet as she noticed the bot lumbering up from behind, poised to strike. "Behind you!"

The Bouncer swung down with a lung, chopping one of Grey's mechanical arms straight off as the blade dug into and through that backpack of his. Their area of cover now intruded, Dahlia raised her pistol, holding it steady as she fired two bullets towards the head of the robot. the first bullet skidded off the sloped black armoring of the head uselessly, while the second one found its mark in the glass covering of the Pixy unit inside. The unit spun its view around furiously as the bullet was lodged in the glass, fracturing their view of the world as cracks split across its surface. Needless to say, the intrusive Bouncer was stunned for the moment.

---

On the other side of the room, the time halting effects of Greys bomb subsided. Before the Overseer could react, the hyperspeed bullet slammed into their chest, sending them back off their feet towards the outer wall of the room. They focused the momentum into a backflip, righting themselves as they slid back on the porous floor. The scattered parts of the Bouncer Miko shot slammed into their shoulders, bouncing off in mixed confusion to both the Bouncer and the Overseer. That was a trick.

The back of the Overseers robed singed with heat as they came to a halt, a round circle burned away from their back in a stream of ash as a crackling sound could be heard. The Overseer stood and clenched the top of their robes, tearing them away from their body to reveal a more distinctly feminine but armored body underneath. The Overseer reached up with their left hand, prying the squashed and hot bullet away from their left breastplate with a flick. All that was left was a noticeable dent in the clean white plate, with a small crack formed around the top of the lip.

The Overseer looked up from the damage to glare at Miko with their hollow eyes. The stuck glaive behind Reman wiggled, before prying itself out of the ground. The long handle of the pole-arm slammed the answerless Reman in the back of the head as it passed, speeding back into the Overseers hands. Two of the glaives orbiting the Overseer reeled back, before launching themselves in a spinning pattern towards Miko.

Marie had a few options to work with. There was the arm, the loose metal doors and bars spread about the edges of the room, and- On her way to the side hall, Marie tripped over the thick metal book the Overseer had cast away prior. The metal Codex rumbled furiously with a little noise, as if trying to get the attention of Marie. From this position, the Overseer didn't know Marie was behind her, nearly throwing their singed robes on top of the scientist. Marie could see an exhaust port of sorts on their back, the green flow of the unknown generator inside visibly disrupted by the earlier impact.

On the other side of the circular room, the electricity-blasted Bouncer recovered, reigniting their blade as they spotted Marie. Given their approach speed, she had about eight seconds before it was on top of her again.

Arbs Panic Corner

"Hmm, well I didn't see any on the way in, only heard the noises coming from here so I thought I should check it out." Oliver replied simply as their captain came over to say hi, "And hey did you forget to tell your pilot they need to know how to fight to defend themselves?" Oliver asked Dahlia as he poked the barrel of his hand cannon over the lip of their cover, taking a couple of shots at the spinning death bots while trying very hard not to hit miko, well not hit him anywhere important.

After the couple of shots Oliver shrunk back down behind the cover once more, it was unlikely that they'd come after him given their immediate danger, good time for a drink. Nothing like a little liquid courage to fight spinning death bots.

Metal and bars. A good weapon, especially when the bars were lined up side by side and the piece of metal was in the middle. That's what people called a railgun. Something commonly used in ship-based weaponry, Marie was scaling that down now.

She grabbed up the book, taking it to the bookshelves where she found a random cell door that had broken off but was still mostly useable for conducting electricity. The book dropped onto a set of parallel bars with a clang, the bars reinforced against a wall. And for the second time today, Marie turned the amperage to as high as she would like to risk, and unleashed a force of electromagnetic nature as the book conducted electricity, blasting towards the machine.

"You know what? Fuck it."

Reman summoned his remaining strength, primed the bracer, and unprimed it, activating the overcharge in the brace again, before getting a running start. Wherever that lance went, he was going to knock the user to the ground. The mint green tracers of wind surrounded his fist, as he curled his fingers up, one by one, reeling back, and letting the concentrated air momentum send his fist, and him in turn, flying toward his target.

"ATTACK! CYCLONE!"

"Maybe I'm too stupid to know how to really fix whatever this is, but I know when something's up with a machine. I'm not a software man, but I know what to do when the hardware is messing up. Let's give you a good knock."

"CYCLONE BURST!"

Reman could feel the anger building up from his past.
He could remember Alpha.
Contempt filled his broken, damaged husk.
He would send that bastard into orbit.

Main Room

Miko paused for just a moment to take in the sight of his robot foe. He had seen feminine armored bots before but this one seemed special. "Just think of all the good we could have done. Man and waifu bot could have brought about a new age." The half joking, half serious Miko shouted out towards the Overseer.

As the glaives came within range of Miko something magical happened. Instead of blocking or trying to get away from the blades he started to dance with them! Miko smiled as he did the waltz of death with her weapons. As if he was trying to impress the Overseer with his smooth moves and finesse. As his arm with his weapon would swing around he would take pop shots at his foe. These rounds seemed to be vastly underpowered compared to the first few rounds he fired. He clearly had no intention at this moment to mortally hurt the Overseer. Hopeful she might switch those murder hobo eyes back to a more gentle expression.

It was no mere conoincidence the machine had sliced through one of gry's arms on its journey towards the backpack- and what was past that. Grey had acted fast, throwing one in the way in an effort to slow, and eventually stop the attack. It very probably saved grey from having to put himself back together. Now, he had two arms left, an attitude, and alot more room in his noggin to focus on the problem at hand with the loss of two of the four mechanical arms.

"That, is where I keep my stuff." The armored backpack damaged now- compartments were visible. Including the very final, central compartment just barely damaged- housing the core of the mechanical arms he controlled. The two free arms not holding up the attack form the robot shot forward, one to pin the bladed arm in place, and the other to swing himself wide and over the machine untill he was on its shoulders. After properly manuvering himself around, he once more repisitioned the arm not tied up in stopping the blade, and like a snake, the arm's manipulators at the end formed a cone of metal and struck at the base of the neck of the machine. "I really don't like it, when people break my stuff."

Arbl's Panic Corner

The tiny sage held the pistol in her hands gingerly, breathing deeply. She took off the straps of her backpack, and turned around - peeking over the top of the bulky assembly. "This is what you are here for." BANG! "I wasn't hired to be muscle. I was brought into this to make sure you got to where you're needed." BANG!

BANG BANG BANG! The heavy gunshots rang in her ears uncomfortably, the weapon in Arbles's hands spitting death aggressively, several times into one of the less-important-looking "Bouncer" robots.

Smol-Aid Panic Corner

Dahlia reeled back as Grey moved to borderline-suplex the invading Bouncer. The Bouncer in question beeped in frustration as Grey flipped over the other side of the bot. Its other arm moved to retaliate against the grab.

The blue-haired Scholar pried the microphone back up to her lips as Grey moved the right away from cover. "What are you doing??"

"I'm making my way into the ruins, what do you think I'm doing?" The ship reached a level state a couple stories above the ground, the radar on the dashboard gave Deimos a rough idea as to where each member of the party was standing. "Speaking of which, I'd recommend finding cover. Let's just say this is going to be a tint... crushing..."

"Deimos?!" Dahlia questioned, to be met with silence.

Main Room

At first, the Overseer was... confused. Miko's sudden dance wasn't at all that charming, but it was a bit of a headscratcher. The house AI, nor even the malicious invader expected this level of tomfoolery.

The Overseer jerked their head back, stepping to the side as the lunatic returned- refusing to die. This time however, they weren't ready in time enough to sidestep the attack. The Overseer was sent reeling back in impact, flying to hit the northeast side of the room, firmly slamming against the wall. Remans attack actually worked... he was on the comeback!

The approaching Bouncer raised their arm in a swing as they approached Marie, before yanking it down to cover themselves- too late in realization of what she had just done. The book slammed into the chest of the Bouncer, making an extended whining noise as it flew along. The Bouncer toppled backwards from the force, cartwheeling right into Reman- where the Overseer once stood. Collectively, Reman and the Bouncer were sent sprawling across the floor, the robots full weight landing on top of the knight before rolling off. How unfortunate.

Deimos grinned as he plucked a remote from the console, running back to the cargo bay, now with an empty steel crate positioned atop the drop hatch. He clambered atop it, took a deep breath, and made a quick, quiet prayer to whatever divinities may exist in this universe. He knew this could either go perfectly right or horribly wrong.

The Overseer stood up, pulling themselves from the jetstream that had pinned them against the wall. Across the room, the Bouncer that had been bowled over earlier put itself together again, spinning its arms and wrists as it calibrated. The Overseer extended its right hand, the glaives Miko was performing a jig around stopping- and returning to their handler. The robot stepped out from cover just in time for the entire ceiling of the northwest side of the room to come crashing in. The Overseer hit the floor instinctively, igniting all four glaives and bringing them over itself like a protective tipi.

A cloud of dust brewed across the room as the lights flickered on and off, bits of floating rocks falling here, there, everywhere. By the time the dust had settled, the northwest part of the dome had caved in, bringing down a storm of falling mechanical parts and bare, live wires with it. After the storm, it became eerily still. None of the Bouncers were advancing, now all just looking at the brief chaos that had taken out a quarter of the room. Grey's attempts at beheading the Bouncer in his grasp succeeded involuntarily as the white Pixy unit simply popped out of its casing, bringing the robotic body to dead weight.

Deimos stood atop the pile of rubble and vaguely-box shaped metal, his entire body still shaking from the rush that had just now begun to overcome him, every vein in his body was being flooded by wave after wave of adrenaline. He pulled himself up to his feet, peering around the room in hopes of assessing the extent of his demolition.

"Sorry I'm late! Thought I'd take a shortcut!" That same grin was plastered across his face, his tail swishing from side to side in excitement like a feather duster. "Besides, it's always a lot more fun when you crash the party!"

The silence was deafening, as though he could hear every grain of dust brush against the stone ground below, now cracked from impact.

Dahlia stood, poking out from cover on the other side of the room with her mouth draped open. Her eyes slid around the room, looking to make sure the others were okay as all the other machines halted. Even the brown Pixy units stood and stared. After a moment, she coughed. "Deimos, what the hell!?"

She was glad that was... over, but also worried that one quarter of this place just collapsed. The Overseer was gone, somewhere underneath all that mess. That'd take forever to sift through.

Side Room

“Maybe you should’ve learned what you were fighting.” Marie mumbled, the discharge making her a little dizzy, her body trying to rapidly regenerate its electrical reserves, the generation from her adapted mitochondria causing sparks to leap from her skin to the area around her as well as through her skin, almost like lightning in a thundercloud.

The dust cleared aside, showing that she made a clean shot from one end of the place to the other, perfectly hitting her target — but also hitting Reman as collateral damage.

“Oops.” She squeaked, seeing Reman in his current state.

Reman flew back from the impact, and collided against one of the walls in the room. If the shock wasn't enough to knock the overzealous knight unconscious, This next part was.

Reman's brace disengaged, fizzling the once full armor into a fine green mist. He was unconscious, but from the looks of it, other than the "feathers" he grew, on the surface he had sustained no damage whatsoever to his physical person. It looked like he had taken no damage at all from the fight, and he was out, calmly and peacefully in the little subsection of the room he fell into.

The key in his brace popped out gently, sticking inside the brace like warm bread in a toaster.

Out like a light.

Main Room

Mikodimus stopped in his tracks as the glaives moved back to the Overseer. He had just enough time to watch the entire roof come crashing down onto the unsuspecting Overseer. At first Miko smiled as he was pretty happy with himself for having distracted the Overseer long enough for the counter attacks to work. This quickly faded as he looked at the pile the bot was now under.

"Damn it Deimos, my galatic dance of diplomacy just started to work. I could tell from the confused looked on the robots face." He said half laughing. He moved over to the pile and gave it a quick look over to see if anything moved. After a moment he was satisfied nothing was coming out of that pile. He turned and walked over to Dahlia to see if she had been hurt any during the fight.

Main Room

"Well if the goal of your performance was assured demise, be glad I stopped you before the last verse." Deimos hummed as he dropped from his debris perch. "Because if I heard correctly things weren't exactly going as choreographed. So!" He looks around, hoping to catch sight of something or another peeking out from the debris - though as of now, only a few of his teammates faces seemed to be poking from the stonework.

"Where's the big bad? I was thinking whatever was causing you guys to send out a distress signal wouldn't be a dusty old room." He wafted his hand to get some of the particles out of his face before kicking over a chunk of the ceiling at his feet. A few more trickles of dirt and rubble trickled down onto his shoulder. The light pouring in didn't help the visibility much, with every speck caught by the faintest breath catching enough light to shimmer. "Or did you guys just miss me?"

Main Room

"You, uh, landed on the 'bad guy.' Marie told Deimos as she started experimenting with using her Sage powers to disconnect the robots from their power sources in an attempt to salvage some things for sale after she walked over to Reman, hauling his stupid ass back into the ship. Wow he was light. She also remembered to pick up his key.

A cool breeze, faintly the smell of mint, crossed Marie's mind as she contacted the key. Cyclone. She stared at the key for a while, feeling its familiar shape. Not the one she preferred, but...it felt familiar. The feeling subsided quickly as it began, however, leaving her holding the green glowing key. She shrugged and continued dragging Reman into the ship.

Main Room

Dahlia stepped slowly out from behind the pillar. She was glad that was over, but the damage was still excessive. "Good lord, did you have to bring down the house with it?"

An audible crunch echoed about the room, coming from the pile of debris. Two green spikes of energy had impaled themselves through the sides of the partly-caved metal box. With a sickening screech, the spikes twisted and began to carve out a circle from the dull grey face.

With a crash, the circle was ejected, kicked out and left to clatter onto the open floor. Lo and behold, the rogue Overseer followed. Armor battered and dusty, the sentry wasn't giving up yet, despite the wispy plume of smoke now emanating from their back. They clung to the edge of the improvised box hammer for balance as their polygonal head snapped unnaturally, quickly tagging every target left in the room while looking for the distinct heat signature left behind from their assailant. Their gaze locked onto Deimos, unmoving.

The fox-boy's eyes locked on the machine in return, the very sight enough to trigger a response one could only call pavlovian.

It were as though his mood had gone through a full one-eighty. What was meant to be a feeling of spirited adventure, like a boy passing through the woods with a toy sword fashioned from a branch, had turned to clenched fists and eyes that could sear holes through linen. "It can't be..." He beared his teeth and let his ears fall back as he reached for the pata at his belt.

"If only I'd known I'd see YOU again after all of these years. I'd have dropped something a lot harder on top of your skull!" Deimos cracked a wild, almost maniacal smile. "Think you could have used it, too! Seems you aren't doing so hot!"

Dahlia reeled back from her attempted exit into the open room, Deimos' outburst only addind to the sudden spike of movement. It seems, at least in some capacity, the older expeditioneer had a history with this robot.
The Overseers head twisted briefly to the side, as if emoting some kind of confusion. After a moment, they crimped the edge of the box they held dearly, raising an unsteady arm to lash down one of the active Glaives, barreling right for the foxy bombardiers chest.

The smoking Overseer clambered out of the failed tomb, each step taking longer than the last. They carried with them a racket of rattling, mixed with an uneasy noise akin to that of a pipe organ trying to play in an earthquake. Whatever force of wrath pulled the strings on the robot wasn't ready to give in, even if their body was. Two of the remaining glaives reeled back, before being flicked towards the crew in an almost pitiful attempt at taking them with them.

After that, the quaking robot slipped to it's knees, trying to hold themselves up against the last polearm- stuck into the ground. The thing seemed to be in a war in and with itself, the eyes of the sentinel flickering between blank slits, green eyes, and hashes of unrecognizable code.

Miko paused in his walk towards Dahlia. Will you just die already, I have things I need to do. He thought to himself as he looked over the overseer once more. Her form was battered and beaten having had the roof just fall on her head. It would seem that Deimos had run into this bot before which was very interesting. He would have to ask more about this at a later date.

He slowly walked over to the robot who was now on it's knees. It was a pathetic sight to say the least. He even felt slightly bad for her for just a moment. This quickly passed as he leveled his gun at her head. "Nothing personal," he said with a smirk. The weapon charged to full power. The only sound Miko heard next was the discharge of the weapon.

Main Room

Well that was interesting, ship crashing through the ceiling and the pilot had actually used the gun, the rest of them well they'd done something he supposed although the conjurer hadn't paid much attention to them. And there goes that bone head trying to act cool while executing someone, not exactly an action to take a lot of pride in if you asked him, but he didn't really care for him either way. As long as none of the others turned their guns on him Oliver didn't really care what they did, violent or otherwise.

"So are we done here now that mr grey knight over there has offed the leader? Or do we have more wanton destruction to attend to first." He said lazily in the direction of Dahlia before turning an eye on the pilot again who still looked a little shaken up.

"And would you mind giving me that gun back? You look like you're about to drop it and run away."

Arbs gave Oliver his gun back docily. She was still trembling now, but... less. Her asymmetrical eyes tracked the foxboi curiously as she stayed in her hallways for the time being... She didn't want to be around in case the overseer suddenly went all... blender-y before it shut down.
