Are You Okay?

Is everyone doing alright IRL? I know a lot of people are having a rough time from the extreme weather. One of my RP buddies had water coming through his ceiling due to busted frozen pipes. I figured this would be a good time to ask: How are you doing, Ayenee people?

As for me I'm doing alright, just enjoying being a dad trying to keep up with everything. There's not a lot of real free time with a 2-year-old lol.

Glad to know you are doing alright, Wes. Hates your friend is having a ceiling leak. It's great you are busy being a dad..that is a blessing while so many ignores. I am a single parent, though my kids have all grown up..past april, my daughter became a widow , and I lost the best son in law anyone would ever want. A week later I lost my sister. She had brain cancer. I miss her greatly. But aside it sounding bad, they both are not suffering anymore. The thing that makes my sister's death easy is that I just imagine she had gone to Colorado. Her favorite place.
I think this is a great idea, Wes. Wanting to know how everyone is doing. Never know who may need to vent, or just hear something nice from someone.

I'm doing great, I'm spending my time with you and other great people on Star Army. Other than that, I'm doing okay. Just had my one-year and six-month post-stem cell transplant check-up yesterday. Now for the usual three weeks of anxiety and waiting. Wishing I could get rid of this GVHD/Immune response issue, sadly I'm allergic to the usual treatment which is steroids so I'm stuck on immunosuppression drugs which sucks due to Corona risks.

Good to see everyone else here is still roleplaying. Some of you should consider coming and RPing at SARP too. We got a lot of great Open RPs going on right now. It's been a while since I was really active here, but I'm sure my step-daughter, Winter will bring her RP troop here at some point as she continues the Chrystalis Legacy.

You are a brave person Andrew, when so many would have given up. And it's sad to those who want and need the help cant get it. I pray for the best for you

I am glad to see everyone is holding together. I wish you the best of luck on your check-up results, Andrew.

It's been a bit wild here, but nothing unmanageable. Mostly just icy weather and a rough semester of online college.

Now it's my turn to ask..'how is everyone doing ?' As for myself I am doing alright, at my daughter's house, which is like 2 hrs away from my home. I dropped everything concerning my routine to be here. Not sure as of yet when I can return back home. I'm here cause she needed a way to work till she is able to get a vehicle. I was told it might be the mid of this month but we shall see.
I had taken a nasty fall, fell and hit the cement porch with my face, got a cut to my cheek, and bruised it some, but it has scabbed over but still bruised and swollen. Stretched the cartillage to two ribs. Even though I am sore as heck, and looking like a fighter in the UFC fighting in the octagon, Im ok.
