So, I'm almost ready to start my next game. I need heros who will save the world from an evil cult, who wants to bring about the Age of Worms... a fabled time of darkness, which few people even know about.
It will be a mostly free-form, High-Fantasy game. I say mostly free form because I will be controlling the world around you, instead of you doing that. I will also be a bit picky about the players. I expect your character to be very weak when we start. A wizard who can cast armegeddon spells isn't going to fit well, but a young mage in training who only recently conquered his first spells is ideal. A fighter who can tackle a dragon will be too powerful for this game, but perhaps a lad who is untrained in the way of battle, but inherited a sword from his father, and intends to use it to carve his path to glory... all good. You will still get to choose all the details of your character, and what he does.
High-Fantasy means anything you'd find in a Lord of the Rings movies is ideal. Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits... these type of characters will work well. You guys know that I like D&D, so if you can relate to those standard races and classes, it will make it easy for me to fit you into the game, but that won't give you any sort of advantage here, since this isn't a D&D game.
I can't host the game with everyone, and keep it coherent, so i'll only be taking on a limited number of players. Sorry, but I'm stretching myself already. There won't be a very restrictive posting time limit like in my other games too.
