The render reaches out and grabs the fake druid, wrapping its entire clawed fist around the creature and squeezing. You can hear several bones crack and pop out of joint. "AAHHHH! Yes! Just call it off! She's tied in a cave not more than a minute east from here. AAGGk-THUNK!!"

The thing cries the last painful cry, but the thunk was the sound of its head smashing into the ground as the render slapped it down against the ground, splitting its skull open with a single blow.

The render drops the lifeless body to the ground, and snorts. It turns back to Serenity and nudges her gently.

{OOC: Um... yea... combat over.}

Phaeder

The ranger cringed at the sight he saw, switching his gaze to look at Serenity and then see her Render friend nudge at her in worry. He knew better than to simply move up to her so he hoped the barbarian would have enough will power in herself to survive for now.

An attempt would be made to mend Kilral now, wondering if he would have enough power to save the barbarian woman as well.

Heal Check 1d20+3 = 15

He quickly aims to discern the eastern direction and find that cave.

"Lets not waste anymore time. We can return here to pick up anything this odd thing might have hidden among its belongings"

Finished with the cleric, he attempts to discern the eastern direction and look for the cave mentioned.
 
{OOC: Even though combat is over, I'm restricting you to round actions, because of Serenity's limited number of rounds until death. Moving to Kilral and healing him was a round.}

{OOC: Given that, does it have to be in order then? So I still have to wait in Lowthor? If that is the case I will go attempt to heal Serenity as well so I'd have to edit the post above}
 
Sennoth

Sennoth finds that Serenity is on the verge of death. He is having a difficult time dealing with her wounds, and can't stop them from bleeding on his first attempt. She is pale, and clearly not long for this world, unless something is done.

{OOC: Is the round turn thing over?}

"Sennoth, take care of these two. I will go scout to see where the druid is"
 
Phaeder

With both of their companions at least surviving, he moves to discern the eastern direction, wanting to head over to the cave and finally save that druid.
 
Sennoth

You recognize the creature as a Doppleganger. Strange creatures, capable of changing their appearance. They also have been known to manifest strange powers, using only their mind... similar to wizards and sorcerers, but different in that their power comes from their mental abilities, rather than their arcane might.

Phaeder

You easily determine where east is, and head off in that direction. You quickly quick up a trail that was recently made, and follow it to a dark cavern, that sinks down into the earth.

Moving cautiously, he lights up a torch and goes into the cave, scanning the area for the druid.

Phaeder moves into the cave. It is a shallow hole, and he quickly finds the real Pacoth tied up in the back of the cave. She doesn't seem to be awake.
 
Phaeder

A very predictable "Are you alright?" escaped his mouth as he neared her, wondering if there was anything else he needed to do to help her out. If she did not stir, he would simply get closer and attempt to nudge her awake.
 
There is no immediately response. However, as Phaeder gets closer, a large bird of prey swoops past his head, screeching at him and raking its claw along the side of his face. (1 dmg) The bird perches on the unconcious druid, screeching at you. Clearly, the animal is trying to protect the druid, unaware that you are no threat.
